Changes on our Documents URLs Expiration

Due to security reasons, starting from today, September 10, 2025, the expiration time for the document URLs returned from our APIs will have a 7-day expiration.

This means that the URLs will stop working after 7 days from their retrieval.

In order to download the document after that period, you'll need to download the URL again using one of our APIs based on the document type; for example, if the document is an Issued Document, you can use the Get Issued Document or List Issued Documents endpoint, customizing the API response accordingly.
