💡 Feature Request
If you need a functionality that we are not providing at the moment, you can give us suggestions by creating a post on our GitHub Discussions Page, explaining what you want to see implemented in our APIs and why it is a great idea. Remember to select the Ideas category to help us identify it faster!
Before creating a new feature request please make sure you check out our roadmap and the other feature requests to make sure you are not duplicating another request or asking for functionality we have already planned to implement.
🔧 Technical questions
Are you having problems starting to integrate our APIs? Do you have some doubts about how to implement your specific use case?
If you're a Fatture in Cloud first-timer and you just need the first push to start using our APIs, you can check our Step-by-step and Quickstarts sections, which are dedicated to the first steps you must do to interact with our APIs.
If, instead, you already started implementing an integration but you are stuck trying to resolve a problem, some other developer likely faced the same situation before. This is why we decided to collect the most common questions in the FAQs section, to rapidly resolve the issues that you'll probably encounter.
Some use cases proved to be more complicated than others, so we decided to help our Developers Community by creating some ad-hoc guides. In our Guides Section, we try to explain how to perform complex operations in detail; for example, we prepared a detailed Create an Invoice guide where we illustrate all the steps required to create your first Issued Document... The Fatture in Cloud core functionality!
If you reached this point but still can't find what you need, then you can still try to contact us.
If you think to have encountered a bug, or if you have some more complex question that requires you to share sensitive data with us, then you can check the paragraphs below. Otherwise, if you just need General Guidance, then feel free to use our GitHub Discussions Page, where you can ask for help from the Fatture in Cloud Team and the rest of the Community! Just remember to select the Q&A category and explain your needs and the problems you're facing in detail: think of this page as the Fatture in Cloud's Stack Overflow! 😉 Also, before opening a new discussion we suggest you check the already existing ones (remember to check also the Closed Discussions!) to check if the answer you're searching for is already available!
NEVER put sensitive data or tokens on the public GitHub Discussions page!!! Otherwise, we'll be obligated to delete your question. If you want to give us more detail, you can either publish fake data or contact our Customer Support.
👷 SDK bugs and improvements
If you think you found a bug in our SDKs, or you would like to require an improvement on a specific SDK, please feel free to open an issue on the GitHub repo of the specific SDK.
🐛 API bugs, problems, and user-specific questions
If you think you need to share your actual data with us, or if you think that you found a bug in our APIs, then we ask you to contact our customer support at the bottom of this page. This is a private discussion page, not visible to other developers, and you'll get in contact directly with the Fatture in Cloud Team. Please, remember that this procedure will usually require more time than the Discussions page, so use it only if you think you have to.
